We are very happy we were able to put this together for Jytothi. We know this singer for quite sometime and also very happy because she is one of the outstanding team members of a Malayalam music group on Smule Aarabhi. When Vipin Vipin an outstanding singer from the same music group is featured here, Jyothi came out to say thanks. We appreciate all that thoughtfulness. The other team members of the group at that time were Swetha Soman and Yadunath, all outstanding singers.

We picked Jyothi from this group because she is one of the most outstanding female voices on Malayalam Smule whose profile display some phenomenal performances. Her song choices are very well thought with an absolute execution of a very fine finished product.

Let us hear about Jyothi and her music from her itself.
She hail from a small town called Payyannur, in Kannur district from the State of Kerala. Jyothi is currently enrolled in Bachelrors degree in  Pharmaceutical sciences. Jyothi says she joined the smule community sometime in 2016. She describes her experience on Smule like this “First, I just thought of spending my leisure time singing; later joining our smule group (Aarabhi) I started to view it more seriously. ” Many singers like Jyothi benefit hugely by joining teams and learn and improve their singing for good.  Jyothi continued to describe their Aaarabhi team “Our group have not so many members but everyone who are members of the team are really talented and they give me all kinds of support”

Jyothi continued to say about her music learning ” I haven’t studied music seriously at all; I have studied Carnatic music only for just over an year at the most, but music is in my soul every time”. Jyothi says she take every opportunity to participate in every possible competitions how small or big they may be.

Jyothi continued “After joining my group Aarabhi, I had participated and won in some Smule contests both individually and group-wise.” To her achievements so far she have won two of the Smule Saarangi competitions (favorite song round, Sreedevi hits round).” She like to attribute many of these things to her team members of Aarabhi who encouraged her tremendously. “For me Aarabhi is like my life.”

That sums up many things that we also want to highlight by featuring Jyothi. There are many such healthy teams and groups on Smule made a difference in the singing of many Smule members. Socially bonded with singers whom one may never even ever meet physically yet the singing together they all become a part of your life. You can just quit the app still the people who you sang songs with keep some memories embedded in ones brain, big time.

Jyothi added finally about her favorite genre of music  “Melodies all the way and I love to hear and sing Tamil songs”

Let us hear this great singing talent from her profile here. Jyothi’s strength is her beautiful vocals. As she said in her interview she love singing Tamil songs and rightly her pronunciation is right on; enjoy this first song here, Oru Sanam, originally sung by S. Janaki, excellent singing, flawless.
